Fine sand recovery process: pump slurry sand water mixture is transported to the sediment separator, fine sand centrifugal classification concentrated sand mouth to the vibrating screen, vibrating screen by dehydration, fine sand and water are effectively separated, a small amount of fine sand, mud and other material returning back to the tank cleaning tank, cleaning tank level too high, is discharged through the discharge port. The weight of the material recovered by the linear vibrating screen is 70%-85%. The fineness modulus can be realized by changing the speed of the pump, changing the concentration of the mortar, adjusting the overflow water quantity and replacing the mortar nozzle. Three functions of cleaning, dewatering and grading are completed.
