Jacking frame is an important component of large Prebaked Cell for Aluminum-reduction., it can work under the conditions of high temperature, dust, and strong magnetic field, dedicated to the movement of anode bus bar goup and down. During the manufacturing process, require adopting advanced technical process to control parts quality, and other key components require special materials.

Working Principal:
1. Supply air to the anode fixture, keep it at open. state
2 Lift Aluminum-output trolley, hang bus bar jacking frame, break over the highest elevation.
3 Start multifunction unit, put the anode guide rod into the fixture, at the same time drop bus bar jacking frame on cell completely
4 Break anode guide rod, put guide rod close to the anode bus bar by the spring compression to ensure that the anode bus and anode    guide full contact.
5 Loose fixtures one by one, lift bus bar to upper limit position, then shut down anode hoist, and tight fixtures
6 Lift up aluminum-output trolley, separate bus bar from cell, to finish the complete operation.
7 After finish lifting operation, put the bus bar jacking frame on other ground support.
